Do you have a printed catalog?
No. Due to our ever expanding and changing on-line and retail inventory we do not print a catalog. If you want it we probably have it, just give us a call or email us at .
How are the beads packaged and sold?
Unless noted differently, the glass beads are sold by the strand and the sterling silver beads are sold individually. Each product pages denotes the number of beads per strand. Click on an items name to get a detailed description.
It should also be noted that India Glass is handmade by native artisan. Therefore each bead is individually unique and will vary in size, shape and color. These beads are made using a process that can result in a white powder surface residue which is easily removed with warm soapy water.
How are bead sizes calculated?
Sizes are listed width by length. The length is usually calculated by measuring from hole to hole.
Can you ship me other beading merchandise not featured on the web site?
Although we are a full service bead company, at this time we are not equipped to offer our complete line of merchandise on line.

How do I shop by bead color?
Beads that have more than one color are often linked in the left-side menu by dominant color only. If you see a color you like, please find the name in the description and use the search box in the upper left hand corner of every page, to find all beads with that color.
Although many of our beads have multiple colors, they are not all listed under "multi-colored". Beads listed in the "multi-colored" category do not have a dominant color.

Minnesota state taxes are charged to Minnesota residents.
What is The Bead Monkey.com's return policy?
TheBeadMonkey.com will honor returns 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. TheBeadMonkey.com does not honor partial returns of any strung beads or prepackaged beading materials.
There are no returns on cut chain, books, and tools. All sales are final. Defective items may be returned with approval. Please contact TheBeadMonkey.com for approval.
Shipping and handling is not refunded on returns.
There is a 10% restocking charge on all on-line returns.

What are The Bead Monkey shipping rates?
Shipping charges are determined by your package’s weight and your location. It will be listed at the end of your order and will include a $2 handling fee per package.
